Located in the beautiful Rattray Marsh area in south Mississauga,
our not-for-profit club features
3 outdoor lighted hard courts for tennis and 4 pickleball courts
in a tranquil setting close to the shores of Lake Ontario.
The Club is unique offering members programming in
both sports, for all ages and
levels of play!

Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
On Saturday November 23, 2024, our in-person Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at
the Churchhill Meadows Community Centre at 5320 Ninth Line, Mississauga, ON.
The Meeting will begin promptly at 5pm
We invite you to enjoy pre-AGM Pizza & Pop at 4pm while mingling with Club members.
AGM Attendees are also invited to play indoor pickleball on 6 available courts from 6:30-9:30pm.
If you are new to the game, this is your chance to try it out and courts will be set aside for new players.
If you plan to attend in person, we ask that you signup on Court Reserve to allow us to order enough pizza.
Board Nomination
Any member who wishes to be part of the Board must submit a Nomination Form.
Deadline for submissions is Saturday November 9, 2024. All submissions after that date will be disqualified.
Voting Member Nomination information will be posted to all members as of November 10, 2024.
Elections will take place at the AGM.
Proxy Voting
If you are unable to attend in person, you may submit a Proxy Form
nominating an attendee to cast your votes as directed.
The Proxy Form must be submitted to the Board no later than Friday November 22, 2024.
